Why this work matters...
The past several years have been hard on the Church. Conversations around race and difference have often felt heavy, confusing, or avoided altogether. Many leaders carry the tension of wanting to pursue unity while not always knowing how or where to begin.
We recognize that weariness. We also believe the call of Scripture remains the same: to love one another, to listen well, and to make every effort toward unity. This work is not easy, but it is holy. And it is not meant to be done alone.
How we walk together...
We believe reconciliation is formed through relationship over time, not quick answers or perfect language. People may enter this work at different points, but growth happens as trust deepens and leaders walk together.
  • Some begin by listening and learning.
  • Others engage through relationships and conversation.
  • Some are called to lead alongside others and invite more people into the work.
Wherever someone enters, the goal is the same: deeper connection, shared leadership, and a Church that more fully reflects the love of Christ.
