Who We Are...
The Racial Reconciliation Network exists to walk alongside pastors and Christian leaders who long for a more unified Church. In a season marked by division and tension, we believe God is still at work, gently drawing His people toward one another in love.
We are not a program or a checklist. We are a community rooted in relationship, faith, and the understanding that unity grows slowly through honesty, patience, and trust.
We know many in the Church are tired. The noise and strain of recent years have made it hard to know what to say or whether it’s even safe to try. We want to be a space that feels different, where there’s no pressure to perform, defend, or have perfect language.
We believe God meets us in honest conversation and in the quiet, faithful work of walking together. Guided by Scripture, our hope is simply to create room for leaders to slow down, listen deeply, speak freely, and move forward together in love, trusting that God is still at work bringing healing, understanding, and unity.
“Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.” - Ephesians 4:2–3
