Auburn has long been a place where people come to build a life, from its agricultural beginnings to the steady growth that continues today. Once less diverse than some neighboring communities, Auburn has been gradually changing, and many leaders now find themselves walking alongside neighbors whose cultures, histories, and life experiences may differ from what they have long known. Moments like this invite a slower pace, listening well, asking thoughtful questions, and drawing near with humility. Our Auburn cohort gathers leaders who want to grow in that posture together, following the example of Jesus as they deepen relationships across lines of race, culture, background, and lived experience, trusting that God forms unity patiently through presence and care.
If you’d like to learn more about the Auburn cohort or explore whether it might be a good fit for you, we would be glad to connect. Please reach out to Cheryl Olson. We would love to start the conversation.
